Vedanta to demerge surplus real estate into Vedanta Property Platforms

•Vedanta plans to demerge surplus real estate assets into Vedanta Property Platforms.

•Shareholders will receive one VPPL share for every 20 Vedanta shares.

•The demerged portfolio includes 2,200 acres of industrial land and 55,000 sq ft of residential/commercial properties across India.
