•The round will be led by Info Edge with an investment of Rs 30 crore, followed by Sandeep Kapadia and J & A Partners.

•Urban Harvest plans to use the fresh proceeds to fund business expansion, growth, working capital requirements, marketing initiatives, and general corporate purposes.

•The company's valuation is estimated to reach around Rs 1,541 crore or $162 million following the Series D round.

•Urban Harvest's revenue surged to Rs 385 crore in FY26 from Rs 118 crore in FY25, with a profit of Rs 3.5 crore in FY26.
