•Visage Lines, the parent company, operates three businesses, with Bombay Shaving Company and Bombae accounting for 91% of operating revenue.

•The company reduced its net loss by 85% to Rs 9 crore in FY26, with Rs 313 crore of current assets at the end of March 2026.
